The Middle East's power sector is undergoing rapid modernization, driven by the need for greater operational efficiency, grid resilience, and customer-centric services. This paper presents an integrated framework for AI-powered smart meter analytics that transforms raw consumption data into
actionable grid intelligence. The methodology begins with accurate Source-of-Supply (SoS)
identification to establish reliable meter-to-transformer mapping [7], followed by Non-Intrusive Load
Disaggregation (NILD) for appliance-level insights.
