By accessing or using Impresa.ai services, you agree to be bound by these terms and any referenced policies. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
Use of the Services
You may use the services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Accounts & Access
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. Role-based access should be provisioned according to your organization’s policies.
Customer Data & Responsibilities
You retain ownership of the operational and customer data you provide, and are responsible for its accuracy, lawful basis, and the configurations you apply within the platform.
Intellectual Property
Impresa.ai and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, models, and documentation. No rights are granted except the limited license to use the services under these terms.
Service Availability & Support
We work to provide reliable, secure services and support in line with your applicable service agreement. Maintenance windows and service levels are described in your contract.
Fees & Payment
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in your order or subscription agreement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of the services.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in your agreement, the services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate as provided in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends and data is handled per our Privacy Policy and your contract.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your agreement with Impresa.ai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
